Since 1997 I have been involved in communication and consultancy in sales and customer care. My training brought Ehiweb — a young company from Bologna — to the maximum 5-star rating in Italy across the entire telecommunications sector, ahead of major players, with a sustained 10–12% annual revenue increase.

Although I am primarily known as a luthier and Beatles scholar, business consultancy is a field where I have quietly built a remarkable track record over twenty-five years.
